We are different because we offer solutions that suit you. We don't make you change to suit us, we develop to suit you. We can make a vending machine to fit YOUR products, or we can provide the whole service for you. We are a small team with the same goal, to be there for the customers in what they want. Our business was established by Martin Onley in 2004. We have a show room in Buckingham, but able to travel anywhere in the country to help. We have no limitation in our customers. We can offer vending machines for refreshments, or to sell stationary in libraries. Worksites can use our product to limit the amount of gloves, safety goggles etc workers go through to ensure they are not wasted. We can even sell golf products so companies to not need to man a shop. We have vending machines across the country and even some abroad. Martin Onley has been in the sales and marketing sector all his adult life, and saw the gap in the market for this line of work. Our builders are qualified to design and make the machines, our office staff are qualified in each of their lines of work, and we all communicate with each other and the customer to ensure we get it right and help/support when it isn't. Our customer facing staff are Martin Onley and Lesley Paterson. They both deal with enquiries with new and current customers to give them what they need. We are members of the Federation of Small Businesses since 2013 whom have helped with legal documentation such as contracts and Health and Safety policies. Martin has returned from Barcelona where a machine had lost its programming and was not responding to the money and the code. He spent a few days including travelling resolving the situation and re-programming the machine and helping the client understand what to do in case it happened again.
